In a large bowl, stir together Whole Milk (1/2 cup), Buttermilk (3/4 cup), Honey (2 tablespoon), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) until honey is dissolved.
Add the Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup),Poppy Seeds (2 tablespoon), Flaxseeds (2 tablespoon), and Black Sesame Seeds (1/8 cup).
Add Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), Barley Flour (1 cup), Whole Wheat Flour (2 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt (2 teaspoon) and Bread Flour (1 cup). Beat until combined, for about 1 minute.
Transfer to prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining seeds, pressing gently to adhere. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, rotating pan halfway through.
Let the bread cool down on a wire rack before slicing.
