Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together Whole Milk (1/2 cup) , Buttermilk (3/4 cup) , Honey (2 Tbsp) , and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) until honey is dissolved.
Step 2
Add the Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup) , Poppy Seeds (2 Tbsp) , Flaxseeds (2 Tbsp) , and Black Sesame Seeds (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Add Bread Flour (1 cup) , Barley Flour (1 cup) , Whole Wheat Flour (2 cups) , Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) and Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) . Beat until combined, for about 1 minute.
Step 4
Transfer to prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining seeds, pressing gently to adhere. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, rotating pan halfway through.
Step 5
Let the bread cool down on a wire rack before slicing.
