Add the All-Purpose Flour (3 cups) and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), and mix on med/low for 30 seconds.

Add the Candied Pecans (1 1/2 cups) and Dark Chocolate Chips (2 1/2 cups), and mix just until incorporated.

Scoop dough with a small cookie scoop and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with a Silpat mat or parchment paper.
