In a large bowl, whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tablespoon), Caster Sugar (1/4 cup), Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Add red food color into Whole Milk (2 cup) and add it into the dry ingredient with Large Egg (4) and Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon) and mix it well together.
Take an 8 inch pan and spray with cooking oil. Add a quarter cup of batter at a time and tilt around for one minutes. Use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook for 30 seconds. Repeat with the rest.
Mix Cream Cheese (4 ounce) and Butter (2 tablespoon) with a stand mixer. Then, add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) and mix on low. Then, spoon some cream cheese and spread on the crepe evenly. Put another crepe on top and repeat with the rest. Served with powdered sugar and enjoy!
