Take a large bowl and add All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Salt (1 tsp), Baking Powder (1 1/3 Tbsp) and mix together. Pour Butter (1 cup) into the bowl.

Take a jug and add Heavy Cream (1 cup), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and whisk together. Then add it into the dry ingredient and mix everything together.

Put the dough into a floured surface and press it down. Take a biscuit cutter and cut the dough.

Beat the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and mix it with Milk (1 Tbsp) to make an egg wash.

Brush the shortcake with the egg wash and bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 18 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut Fresh Strawberries (3 cups) into cubes, add Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and mix it up. Let it sit for a while.

Take out the shortcake and cut into half, put strawberries in the center. Served with whipped cream and enjoy!
