In a food processor, add Tomato Sauce (8 ounce), Tomato Paste (4 tablespoon), Garlic (1 clove), Dried Basil (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/4 teaspoon), Caster Sugar (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Mix until homogeneous and transfer to a bowl.
Roll out the Pizza Dough (1 pound) into a 12-13 inch diameter circle. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place the Mozzarella String Cheese (7) around the border of the pizza dough. Wrap the dough over the cheese to form the cheesy crust.
Spoon the sauce onto the dough. Sprinkle the Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) and Pepperoni Slice (to taste) on top. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Remove the parchment paper and continue cooking until golden on the bottom.
