Beat together Yogurt (1/2 cup) with a little water. Add Salt (to taste).
Boil the Potato (2) in a pressure cooker.
Peel and mash potatoes and finely chop Fresh Spinach (200 gram)
Mix spinach, mashed potatoes, Breadcrumbs (100 gram), Ginger Paste (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (to taste), and Lemon Juice (to taste) together.
Form a ball about size of a walnut.
Cover in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a wok ver high heat.
Fry croquette until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle with chaat masala or yogurt dip just made or green chutney.
