Combine Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (as needed) in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Banana (2/3 cup), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Coconut Oil (1/2 cup), Eggs (4), and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp). Then add the wet to the dry ingredients.
