Combine Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon) in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Banana (2/3 cup), Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), Coconut Oil (1/2 cup), Egg (4), and Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon). Then add the wet to the dry ingredients.
Place batter into muffin tin cups or grease a muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes for mini muffins or 20 minutes for regular size or until a fork inserted into the middle of the muffin comes out clean.
