Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line muffin tin with liners or grease the muffin tin.

Combine
Coconut Flour (1/2 cup)

Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
in a bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together
Bananas (2/3 cup)

Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)

Coconut Oil (1/2 cup)

Eggs (4)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
. Then add the wet to the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Place batter into muffin tin cups or grease a muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes for mini muffins or 20 minutes for regular size or until a fork inserted into the middle of the muffin comes out clean.
