Cooking Instructions
1.
Sift together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Caster Sugar (1 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp). Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3), Milk (2 cups)

Beat in the flour mixture until smooth
4.
Stir in Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp).
5.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spread butter on surface of the flat pan.
6.
Pour in the batter on the pan, approximately 100 milliliter.
7.
Rotate the pan to spread the batter as thin as possible.
8.
Once the lower part is cooked and brown, fold the crepe and remove on a plate
9.
Top with Chocolate Frosting (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Raspberries (3/4 cup). Served hot and enjoy!
