Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a standing electric mixer with the paddle attachment, mash the Bananas (3). Add the Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), Almond Extract (1/2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp). Mix to combine. This can also be done by hand.
Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups) and mix until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup). Taste for sweetness/salt and adjust as necessary.
Coat a 9x13 baking pan with the Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp). Press mix into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until edges are brown.
Cut into squares or bars and serve with yogurt! Enjoy!
