Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a standing electric mixer with the paddle attachment, mash the Bananas (3). Add the Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Honey (4 Tbsp), Almond Extract (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), and Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp). Mix to combine. This can also be done by hand.

Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups) and mix until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the Fresh Blueberry (1 cup) and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup). Taste for sweetness/salt and adjust as necessary.
