Bananas, overripe
1/2 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp
Almond Extract
1/4 tsp
1/4 cup
1/2 cup
Slivered Almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp
Coconut Oil, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
In a standing electric mixer with the paddle attachment, mash the Banana (3). Add the Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), Almond Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and Kosher Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Mix to combine. This can also be done by hand.
Step 3
Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cup) and mix until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup). Taste for sweetness/salt and adjust as necessary.
Step 4
Coat a 9x13 baking pan with the Coconut Oil (2 tablespoon). Press mix into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until edges are brown.
Step 5
Cut into squares or bars and serve with yogurt! Enjoy!
