Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a standing electric mixer with the paddle attachment, mash the Bananas (3). Add the Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Honey (4 Tbsp), Almond Extract (as needed), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (as needed), and Kosher Salt (as needed). Mix to combine. This can also be done by hand.

Add the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups) and mix until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the Fresh Blueberry (1 cup) and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup). Taste for sweetness/salt and adjust as necessary.
