Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a standing electric mixer with the paddle attachment, mash the
Bananas (3)
. Add the
Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup)
,
Honey (1/4 cup)
,
Almond Extract (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
, and
Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Mix to combine. This can also be done by hand.
Step 3
Add the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups)
and mix until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the
Fresh Blueberries (1 cup)
and
Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup)
. Taste for sweetness/salt and adjust as necessary.
Step 4
Coat a 9x13 baking pan with the
Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Press mix into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until edges are brown.
Step 5
Cut into squares or bars and serve with yogurt! Enjoy!
