In a pan, cook
Onions (1/3 cup)
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
for about 2 minutes and add
Fresh Spinach (10 cups)
Cool till there is no water in the pan and cool fully.
Once it is cool, add
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Feta Cheese (1/3 cup)
Place a sheet of
Spring Roll Wrappers (8)
and brush with oil. Then place another sheet on top of it. If they are too wide, you can cut into 5 centimeter width.
Use a spoon to place a tablespoonful of mixture in the corner.
Brush the sheet with oil and fold.
Continue to fold until you get a triangle and seal it. Repeat with the rest.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Bake in a lightly greased tray for 10 to 12 minutes.
Served hot and enjoy!
