Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, cook Onions (1/3 cup) in Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) for about 2 minutes and add Fresh Spinach (10 cups) .
Step 2
Cool till there is no water in the pan and cool fully.
Step 3
Once it is cool, add Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Salt (to taste) , Feta Cheese (1/3 cup) and mix
Step 4
Place a sheet of Spring Roll Wrappers (8) and brush with oil. Then place another sheet on top of it. If they are too wide, you can cut into 5 centimeter width.
Step 5
Use a spoon to place a tablespoonful of mixture in the corner.
Step 6
Brush the sheet with oil and fold.
Step 7
Continue to fold until you get a triangle and seal it. Repeat with the rest.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 9
Bake in a lightly greased tray for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 10
Served hot and enjoy!
