Garlic , minced

Fresh Dill , chopped
to taste
Salt and Pepper

Step 1
Strain Plain Greek Yogurt (2 cups) using a cheesecloth or coffee filter for 30 minutes to 3 hours to remove excess moisture. You can skip this step if you're in a hurry.
Step 2
Sprinkle Salt (to taste) onto Seedless Cucumbers (1 cup) , then lay out on paper towel to draw out moisture.
