Add Great Northern Beans (1 can), Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Romano Cheese (1/4 cup), Italian Seasoning (1 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Turmeric (1/4 teaspoon) to the bowl of a food processor.
Blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until mixture is completely smooth. Puree, blending for about a minute until completely smooth.
Add to small sauce pan and cook over medium-low heat.
Meanwhile, use a spiralizer to cut the Zucchini (3) into ribbons or noodles, your preference.
Add them to large saute pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure it cooks evening.
Divide zucchini into two bowls, add cooked sauce, top with additional Romano Cheese (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and serve.
