Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Romano Cheese , freshly grated

Italian Seasoning

Large Zucchini

•

Romano Cheese , freshly grated

Cooking Instructions

Add Great Northern Beans (1 can) , Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (3/4 cup) , Romano Cheese (4 Tbsp) , Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (as needed) , Smoked Paprika (as needed) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , Sea Salt (as needed) and Ground Turmeric (as needed) to the bowl of a food processor.

Blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until mixture is completely smooth. Puree, blending for about a minute until completely smooth.

Add to small sauce pan and cook over medium-low heat.

Meanwhile, use a spiralizer to cut the Zucchini (3) into ribbons or noodles, your preference.

Add them to large saute pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure it cooks evening.

Divide zucchini into two bowls, add cooked sauce, top with additional Romano Cheese (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and serve.
