Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Season Chicken Wing (8) with Peanut Oil (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Soy Sauce (to taste), Kosher Salt (to taste), Lemon Juice (to taste), Chili Oil (to taste), Granulated Garlic (to taste), Hoisin Sauce (to taste), and Ground Annatto (to taste).

Cook on a rack in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until cooked through, about 45 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.
