Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut Fresh Tuna Steak (1) into 1-inch thick steaks. If you prefer, remove the dark part. Season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Grill to desired doneness. When done, brush generously with Hoisin Sauce (to taste) and broil until caramelized.
Step 3
Sprinkle White Rice (to taste) with fried Shallots (to taste) .
Step 4
Place the tuna on top of the rice and top the tuna with Scallions (to taste) and Radishes (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
