Fresh Tuna Steak
steamed White Rice
thinly sliced Radish
finely sliced Scallion

Cut Fresh Tuna Steak (1) into 1-inch thick steaks. If you prefer, remove the dark part. Season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste).
Grill to desired doneness. When done, brush generously with Hoisin Sauce (to taste) and broil until caramelized.
Sprinkle White Rice (to taste) with fried Shallot (to taste).
Place the tuna on top of the rice and top the tuna with Scallion (to taste) and Radish (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
