This Old Fashioned Hoisin-Glazed Grilled Tuna Steak is fully cooked but still juicy!

1 Fresh Tuna Steak
to taste Kosher Salt
to taste Cayenne Pepper
to taste Hoisin Sauce
to taste diced Shallot
to taste thinly sliced Radish
to taste finely sliced Scallion

STEP 1
Cut Fresh Tuna Steak (1) into 1-inch thick steaks. If you prefer, remove the dark part. Season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste).
STEP 2
Grill to desired doneness. When done, brush generously with Hoisin Sauce (to taste) and broil until caramelized.
STEP 3
Sprinkle White Rice (to taste) with fried Shallot (to taste).
STEP 4
Place the tuna on top of the rice and top the tuna with Scallion (to taste) and Radish (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
