Add Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) to a large pot over medium heat. Add Garlic (1 clove) and cook for a few minutes, until it begins to turn golden. Add warmed Vegetable Broth (5 cup) and Red Lentils (1 cup). Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until lentils are soft.
Meanwhile, add Roma Tomato (3), Red Chili Pepper (2), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Almond Butter (1/4 cup), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) to a blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth.
