. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until lentils are soft.

Almond Butter (1/4 cup)

Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)

Salt (1/2 tsp)

Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
to a blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth.
