Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a cast iron skillet, sauté Bacon (3 slice) until slightly brown on the edges. Add Butter (5 tablespoon) and Garlic (3 clove) and stir till well combined.
Add All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup). Stir constantly for about a minute.
Add Heavy Cream (1 cup) and Whole Milk (1 cup). Give it a quick stir, then add the Lobster (1 cup), Bay Leaf (1) and Salt (1 teaspoon). This mixture should thicken up very quickly.
When the mixture has thickened, slowly add Medium Cheddar Cheese (2 cup), Smoked Cheddar Cheese (2 cup) and Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) 1/2 cup at a time.
When all of the cheese is melted, add the Pasta (1 pound). Stir till well combined.
Remove the bay leaf.
In a separate bowl, mix the Panko Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cup) with the melted Butter (2 tablespoon).
Top the macaroni with the buttered panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Enjoy!
