You can make this sandwich yours by adding cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, or whatever other veggies you have!

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Spread Vegan Butter (1/2 Tbsp) on one side of each slice of bread. Top with Green Chutney (1/4 cup) spread evenly.
Step 2
Layer Avocado Slice (1) on half the slices of White Bread (4 slices) and season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Top with Potato (1) , Roma Tomato (1) , and Beet (1) . Season with Salt (to taste) and sprinkle with Chaat Masala (to taste) .
Step 4
Add Bean Sprouts (1/2 cup) on top and squeeze a little Lemon Juice (1/2) over the sprouts and dust with more chaat masala.
Step 5
Top with the other slices of bread and enjoy!
