Add Ground Coriander (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1 Tbsp), Galangal Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), {@11:}, Shallots (4), Garlic (3 cloves), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Cooking Oil (3 Tbsp) and {@10:}. Blend until smooth.
