Add Ground Coriander (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (as needed), Ground Turmeric (1 Tbsp), Galangal Powder (2 tsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), {@11:}, Shallots (4), Garlic (3 cloves), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Cooking Oil (3 Tbsp) and {@10:}. Blend until smooth.
