Add Ground Coriander (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (as needed), Ground Turmeric (1 Tbsp), Galangal Powder (2 tsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Shallots (4), Garlic (3 cloves), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Cooking Oil (3 Tbsp) and Water (4 Tbsp). Blend until smooth.

Pour the marinade over the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (8) and gently massage it into the meat.
