Fresh Basil , chopped
to taste
Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and grate Beet (3 cup) and Onion (1) on box grater. Mince Garlic (2 clove)
Step 2
Place grated beets, onions and minced garlic in mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) Egg (2) and Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 1/2 cup) and mix until well blended.
Step 4
Add in Feta Cheese (3 ounce) Fresh Basil (1 handful) Salt and Pepper (to taste) and stir.
Step 5
Set aside for approximately 30 minutes to allow oats to soak up liquid and mixture to set
Step 6
Form 6 with your hands.
Step 7
Coat pan with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (to taste) and fry them on each side until golden.
Step 8
Serve with selected bread/buns and toppings of choice.
