Slice the Green Apple (1) into quarters and remove the core. Leave the skin on for the nutrients! Peel Kiwifruit (1), cut in half.

Put the fruit, Coconut Milk (1 cup), Chia Seeds (1 teaspoon) and Ice (to taste) into a blender. Blend till super smooth and enjoy!
