Ahh…French Toast….my go-to breakfast when I want a break from plain ol’ cereal and milk. Mornings are usually really hectic here in this house so I am thankful that French Toast is so easy to make. Plus, we usually have all the ingredients on hand so no elaborate planning needed for a good breakfast. I’m not a big fan of bacon, sausages or anything greasy like that so early in the morning.

or Texas Toast works the best
or Honey, Strawberry, Fresh Fruits, Fried egg, Sausage and maple syrup, Powdered sugar
Bread (to taste)
in the mixture right before placing it on the griddle. Don’t let the bread soak in the mixture for too long or it will be too soggy.
Butter (to taste)
up the griddle or frying pan. You can also use a regular pan but I find that a griddle works much better.
Flip when the bottom looks golden brown. Drizzle with honey, maple syrup or
Nutella® (to taste)
