Ahh…French Toast….my go-to breakfast when I want a break from plain ol’ cereal and milk. Mornings are usually really hectic here in this house so I am thankful that French Toast is so easy to make. Plus, we usually have all the ingredients on hand so no elaborate planning needed for a good breakfast. I’m not a big fan of bacon, sausages or anything greasy like that so early in the morning.

Whisk Eggs (3), Milk (4 Tbsp), Caster Sugar (2 tsp), Vanilla Extract (as needed), Ground Cinnamon (1 dash), and Ground Nutmeg (1 dash).
