Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine Egg (1), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups), Milk (1 Tbsp), Butter (1 Tbsp), and Salmon (2 cups). Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan.

Cover top of loaf with additional fresh Bread (1/2 cup). Drizzle Butter (1 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp) over top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until bread cubes are beginning to brown.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
