Lime , zested, juiced

Honey

Cooking Instructions

Combine Pineapple (1/2) , Kiwifruit (1) , Maraschino Cherries (4 Tbsp) , Scallions (4 Tbsp) , Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , the zest of a Lime (1) , 2 Tbsp of lime juice, Honey (2 Tbsp) , and Sea Salt (to taste) in a medium-sized serving bowl.

Stir gently, but thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon alongside roast chicken, roast turkey, or baked ham for a terrific Thanksgiving entree. Serve and enjoy!
