Combine Pineapple (1/2), Kiwifruit (1), Maraschino Cherries (4 Tbsp), Scallions (4 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp), Jalapeño Pepper (1), the zest of a Lime (1), 2 Tbsp of lime juice, Honey (2 Tbsp), and Sea Salt (to taste) in a medium-sized serving bowl.

Stir gently, but thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon alongside roast chicken, roast turkey, or baked ham for a terrific Thanksgiving entree. Serve and enjoy!
