Combine Pineapple (1/2), Kiwifruit (1), Maraschino Cherry (1/4 cup), Scallion (1/4 cup), Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup), Jalapeño Pepper (1), Lime (1), Lime Juice (2 tablespoon), Honey (2 tablespoon) and Sea Salt (to taste) in a medium-sized serving bowl.
