Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line two baking sheets with either silicone mats or parchment paper.
Step 2
In the bowl of a food processor combine the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Rosemary Leaves (1 sprig) , and Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) . Pulse it to sift them together and get the garlic and rosemary chopped.
Step 3
Add the Butter (1/2 cup) in next and pulse the mixture until it is pebbly.
Step 4
Lastly, run the processor while you slowly pour in the Buttermilk (1 cup) just until it becomes a sticky dough.
Step 5
Use a 1.5 inch cookie scoop to scoop perfect little mounds of the dough onto the lined baking sheets. Using that measure you should get 25 cute little biscuits. Bake them for 15-20 minutes, until golden around the edges and baked through.
Step 6
When they are done, take them out and brush them all with the Butter (to taste) . Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then serve immediately!
