Add Beets (2/3 cup), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1 tsp), Cashew Milk (1 cup), Coconut Yogurt (1/3 cup), and Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour it into a large glass and top it off with Goji Berries (1 tsp) and some extra coconut yogurt.
