In a blender, mix together Dried Chickpeas (2 cups), Avocado (1), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), the juice from Lemon (1), Roasted Cumin Powder (1/2 tsp), Water (4 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (1 cup), and Garlic (1 clove).

Slice 1 wedge out of the Lemon (1) and serve with the Tortilla Chips (to taste).
