In a blender, mix together Dried Chickpeas (2 cup), Avocado (1), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), Roasted Cumin Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Water (1/4 cup), Fresh Cilantro (1 cup), and Garlic (1 clove).
Step 2
Slice 1 wedge out of the Lemon (1) and serve with the Tortilla Chips (to taste).
