Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl mix Ground Beef (150 gram), Ground Pork (300 gram), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Breadcrumbs (to taste), Milk (100 milliliter), Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) and Egg (2).
Place half the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet, and form into an 11-by-6-inch flat loaf.
Place Mortadella (80 gram) and Scamorza Cheese (40 gram) on top of the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.
Place the remaining meat mixture on top, then form into a loaf, encasing the filling.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve!
