Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup
Scamorza Cheese
3 oz
Mortadella

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl mix Ground Beef (5.5 oz) , Ground Pork (10.5 oz) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) , Breadcrumbs (to taste) , Milk (1/3 cup) , Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) and Eggs (2) .
Step 3
Place half the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet, and form into an 11-by-6-inch flat loaf.
Step 4
Place Mortadella (3 oz) and Scamorza Cheese (1/3 cup) on top of the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.
Step 5
Place the remaining meat mixture on top, then form into a loaf, encasing the filling.
Step 6
Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve!
