Milk

5.5 oz
Ground Beef
•

Salt
•

Ground Black Pepper

to taste
Breadcrumbs
•
1/3 cup
Scamorza Cheese
•
3 oz
Mortadella
•
1/3 cup
Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. 
In a large bowl mix Ground Beef (5.5 oz) , Ground Pork (10.5 oz) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Breadcrumbs (to taste) , Milk (1/3 cup) , Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) .
3. 
Place half the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet, and form into an 11-by-6-inch flat loaf.
4. 
Place Mortadella (3 oz) and Scamorza Cheese (1.5 oz) on top of the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.
5. 
Place the remaining meat mixture on top, then form into a loaf, encasing the filling.
6. 
Bake for 40 minutes.
7. 
Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve!
