Step 1
Mince the
Garlic (1 tsp)

, and minced garlic into a medium bowl and stir together to combine. Season with

Set aside the prepared dressing.

Rinse and dry the
Lettuce (1/2 head)
, cut it into quarters, and plate each wedge with the middle pointed upward.

Halve the
Cherry Tomatoes (12)

Cook the
Center Cut Bacon (4 slices)
according to package directions if not already cooked. When cool, crumble into pieces.

Hardboil the
Eggs (2)
if not already hardboiled. Let cool, peel, and chop roughly.
Step 8
Top each wedge with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese dressing and 1/4 of the cherry tomatoes.
Step 9
Divide evenly and sprinkle on the egg, bacon, and
Blue Cheese (2 Tbsp)

Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to an hour before serving.
