This Cheeseburger Salad will satisfy that cheeseburger craving in a better-for-you way; piled high with fresh veggies and even the typical burger condiments!

1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
6 ounce Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup Dill Pickle Relish
16 halved Cherry Tomatoes
8 tablespoon Shredded Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

STEP 1
Chop the Red Onion (1/2).
STEP 2
Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
STEP 3
Brown the Extra Lean Ground Beef (1 pound), red onion, and garlic in a large skillet until the beef cooked through and the onions are soft.
STEP 4
Stir in the Tomato Paste (6 ounce), Water (1/4 cup), Yellow Mustard (1 tablespoon), and Dill Pickle Relish (1/2 cup) to the meat mixture and remove from the heat; set aside.
STEP 5
Halve the Cherry Tomatoes (16).
STEP 6
Shred the Shredded Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 tablespoon).
STEP 7
Place about 2 cups of Romaine Lettuce (8 cup) in each bowl or plate.
STEP 8
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the salads.
STEP 9
Top each with 4 cherry tomatoes and about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, then sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of the Sesame Seeds (4 teaspoon).
