Chop the Red Onion (1/2).
Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
Brown the Extra Lean Ground Beef (1 pound), red onion, and garlic in a large skillet until the beef cooked through and the onions are soft.
Stir in the Tomato Paste (6 ounce), Water (1/4 cup), Yellow Mustard (1 tablespoon), and Dill Pickle Relish (1/2 cup) to the meat mixture and remove from the heat; set aside.
Halve the Cherry Tomato (16).
Shred the Shredded Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 tablespoon).
Place about 2 cups of Romaine Lettuce (8 cup) in each bowl or plate.
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the salads.
Top each with 4 cherry tomatoes and about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, then sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of the Sesame Seeds (4 teaspoon).
