step 2
In a pot add Canned Chopped Tomatoes (2 cups), Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Sriracha (1 Tbsp), Fresh Basil (1 bunch), Capers (1 Tbsp), and Sunblush® Tomatoes (1 Tbsp). Leave the sauce to cook for about 15 minutes at a low to médium temperature

step 3
In a separate pan add Olive Oil (as needed) to warm the Smoked Ham (2 oz) until it's crispy. Once all the ingredients are cooked we start to make the individual portions by oiling a couple of ramekins. I made 2 ramekins, but the sauce and the ham will be enough for 4 or 5 ramekins.

step 4
Once the portions are done add Mozzarella Cheese (8 slices) for pizza, Free Range Egg (4). To finish sprinkle some Dried Oregano and drizzle Olive Oil (as needed) over each ramekin. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes for a soft yolk and 12 to 15 minutes for a hard yolk. Once done remove from the oven and serve!
