Hi, I'm Anjali. Though I wish to cater to all kinds of palates, you’ll mainly find the Indian cuisine here, especially Malabari (North Kerala) style, as that’s where my roots, trunk and branches are.

step 3
Cook it in a microwave oven. Microwave for one minute in high power and take it out. Mix well and place it back in the microwave for 1 more minute. Take it out mix well and then microwave again for another minute. Repeat the process until the mixture becomes foamy and airy. It's important to achieve the correct texture. Else it might crumble or might not harden.
step 4
Mix well and pour it to the prepared tray. Please be careful as the bowl will be very hot. Allow it to cool well and set. Once the mixture becomes cool you can keep in the fridge for some time. Once completely cooled and well set take it out and using a sharp knife cut it to pieces. Serve as a dessert or snack.
