Adjust the spice levels accordingly.

Can add some chopped coriander leaves also.

Do not fry the pakodas in high flame. It will not be cooked inside.

Rice flour makes the pakoda very crispy.

If using paneer cubes can chop them and use them or put them in a mixer and crumble it.

Chop Onion (1), Fresh Ginger (2 tsp) and Green Chili Peppers (2 tsp). Mix together Paneer (1/2 cup), Chickpea Flour (1/3 cup), Rice Flour (3 Tbsp), Red Chili Powder (as needed), Ground Turmeric (as needed), Asafoetida (1 pinch), Salt (to taste), onion, ginger, and green chili. To this add required water and make it a thick paste.

Heat Oil (as needed) in a Kadai. Once the oil is heated well, reduce the flame. Using a spoon or with your hands take small portions of the mixture and put them in oil and deep fry till it becomes golden brown in color. If using your hands please be careful while putting the pakodas in hot oil. Serve hot.
