Marinate the Beef (1.1 lb) adding Red Chili Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp), and Salt (to taste). Keep it aside for thirty to fortyfive minutes. Add required water and pressure cook the beef well.

To a pan add Oil (1 Tbsp). To this add Fresh Ginger (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (2 Tbsp) and saute for some time. Then add chopped Onions (2), Green Chili Peppers (5), and Tomatoes (2). Saute till the onion cooks well. To this add Ground Coriander (2 Tbsp), Garam Masala (1 Tbsp), Red Chili Powder (1 Tbsp) and saute.
