Step 1
Marinate the Beef (1.1 lb) adding Red Chili Powder (1 Tbsp) , Ground Turmeric (3/4 tsp) , and Salt (to taste) . Keep it aside for thirty to fortyfive minutes. Add required water and pressure cook the beef well.
Step 2
To a pan add Oil (1 Tbsp) . To this add Fresh Ginger (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (2 Tbsp) and saute for some time. Then add chopped Onions (2) , Green Chili Pepper (5) , and Tomatoes (2) . Saute till the onion cooks well. To this add Ground Coriander (2 Tbsp) , Garam Masala (1 Tbsp) , Red Chili Powder (1 Tbsp) and saute.
