Hi, I'm Anjali. Though I wish to cater to all kinds of palates, you’ll mainly find the Indian cuisine here, especially Malabari (North Kerala) style, as that’s where my roots, trunk and branches are.

step 1
To a pan pour Oil (1 Tbsp) and add Onions (2), Green Chili Peppers (4), and Fresh Ginger (1). Saute till everything cooks well and then reduce the flame and add Ground Turmeric (as needed), Red Chili Powder (as needed), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Chicken Masala (2 tsp). Saute for two minutes on low flame
step 2
To this add Paneer (3/4 cup), Salt (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and Ketchup (2 Tbsp). Mix well. Saute for five minutes. Switch off the flame.
step 3
Soak Bread (3 slices) in water and then squeeze out all the water from it and add it to the paneer mixture and mix it well. Allow the mix to cool for some time. Mix Corn Flour (2 Tbsp) in water. Or if using eggs beat the eggs using a fork.
step 4
Once the mixture gets cooled use your hands and knead the paneer mixture well. Take lemon sized balls out of the mixture and roll it to the required shape. Dip in corn flour paste or egg and roll in Breadcrumbs (2 cups). Shallow fry in oil. Serve hot.
