Dice Fresh Papaya (1 cup) and Slice Banana (1/2 cup), then place in the freezer overnight.
Step 2
Place the Coconut Water (10 fluid ounce), Hemp Seeds (1 tablespoon), Yogurt (140 gram), papaya, banana, and Ice (1/2 cup) into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
