This is the perfect pre-workout snack, breakfast or afternoon snack. Papaya is one of my favorite fruits and also among the low-glycemic ones, as it is rich in fibers.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Dice Fresh Papaya (1 cup) and Slice Bananas (1/2 cup), then place in the freezer overnight.
2.
Place the Coconut Water (10 fl oz), Hemp Hearts (1 Tbsp), Yogurt (1/2 cup), papaya, banana, and Ice (1/2 cup) into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
3.
Enjoy!
