Step 1
In one bowl, mix together
Whole Wheat Flour (3/4 cup)

Salt (1/2 tsp)

Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Quinoa (1 cup)
, and
Vegan Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup)
. In another bowl, mix together
Apple Sauce (to taste)
,
Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/4 cup)
,
Vegan Butter (1 Tbsp)
, and
Agave Syrup (2 Tbsp)
. Combine both bowls and stir well. Heat griddle or pan and spray.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add batter and one from the
Frozen Strawberries (to taste)
,
Frozen Raspberries (to taste)
,
Beets (to taste)
, and
Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste)
, stir, and then ladle onto griddle. Repeat for the other 2 fruit or veg purees.
Step 3
Flip pancakes when they begin to bubble on top.
Serve with fresh fruit, jam, peanut butter and jam, syrup, or any topping of your choice! Serve and enjoy!
