In one bowl, mix together Whole Wheat Flour (3/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Quinoa (1 cup), and Vegan Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup). In another bowl, mix together Apple Sauce (to taste), Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/4 cup), Vegan Butter (1 tablespoon), and Agave Syrup (2 tablespoon). Combine both bowls and stir well. Heat griddle or pan and spray.
In a separate bowl, add batter and one from the Frozen Strawberries (to taste), Frozen Raspberries (to taste), Beet (to taste), and Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste), stir, and then ladle onto griddle. Repeat for the other 2 fruit or veg purees.
Flip pancakes when they begin to bubble on top.
Serve with fresh fruit, jam, peanut butter and jam, syrup, or any topping of your choice! Serve and enjoy!
