In one bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 tsp) .
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk together Almond Milk (2 cups) , Eggs (2) , and Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) . Pour the liquid into the dry and mix until combined.
Step 3
Wash Fresh Cranberries (to taste) and chop your choice of nuts. These will be sprinkled onto your batter as you drop it into your greased skillet. Serve and enjoy!
