Step 1
Cut
Boneless Skinless Chicken (2.2 lb)
to small cubes.
Step 2
In a bowl add
Lime Juice (1/3 cup)

Yogurt (1/4 cup)
,
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Ginger (1 tsp)
,
Dried Oregano (1 pinch)
,
Paprika (1 tsp)
,
Ground White Pepper (1 tsp)
,
Apple Cider Vinegar (3/4 tsp)
,
Tomato Paste (1/2 tsp)
, and
Salt (to taste)
and combine well. Add chicken and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of four hours or overnight.
Step 3
Heat up the grill or grill pan on the stove. Drizzle some olive oil and place the chicken on the grill. You can skew it on metal or wooden skewers if desired. Cook until done. Do not over cook as the chicken will become dry.
Step 4
Serve hot with pita bread, tortilla or roti along with garlic sauce and grilled vegetables if desired!
