Place the prepared tomatoes onto a baking tray, crack an Eggland's Best Classic White Eggs (4) into each one then sprinkle over some Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic® Black Pepper (to taste). You may want to be a little cautious when cracking in the egg as there might not be quite enough room for all the white.
