Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C/Fan 180 degrees C) and lightly grease the top few centimeters of 2 small serving bowls.

Over medium heat, fry the Garlic (1 clove) in a little Olive Oil (1/2 tablespoon) in a heavy-bottomed saucepan for a minute then add the Canned Chopped Tomatoes (400 gram).
