Cut the Scallion (1) into two parts (green and white), slice them up and then set aside, keeping the white and green parts separate.
Step 2
Mix the Dark Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon), Light Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon), Sesame Seeds (1 pinch), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch) in a small bowl. Set aside.
