Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix the Fresh Spinach (5 oz), Cucumbers (1 1/2 cups), Carrots (3/4 cup), Red Onions (4 Tbsp), Apples (3/4 cup), Vegan Feta Cheese (4 Tbsp), Pepitas (4 Tbsp), and Hemp Hearts (2 Tbsp) together.

To make the dressing, combine the Balsamic Glaze (2 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (2 tsp), Honey (2 tsp), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Pour the dressing evenly over the salad and then toss well. Done!
